Torrey Pines High School and Canyon Crest Academy are the two public high schools that are slated for Crosby residents. Both TPHS and CCA have some of the highest API scores and ratings in all of California. Canyon Crest Academy has been rated by Newsweek as one of the top 100 public schools in the country year after year. It is chosen by lottery of a random selection without application. It is a non-boundary school but gives Crosby residents the option to enter the lottery. **Not everyone can apply for the lottery, you still must be in an expanded San Dieguito School District boundary. Torrey Pines is guaranteed admission for The Crosby. Both are located about 15-20 minutes from the Crosby depending on traffic.
